We offer many amenities here at Rawson's B&B .

All rooms have their own attached private baths and room controlled AC. All rooms have TV and DVD players and we have a big assortment of movies. House has Free WIFI, but please note some rooms do not have great signal due to internal brick walls,but it is always available in our sitting room and dining room.  Full sit down breakfast is also included.

Beverage area- Complimentary bottles of water, coffee, tea, hot cocoa etc... available 24hrs a day. Many flavors of coffee for the Keurig along with flavored creamers and syrups. Marshmallows,syrups and whipped cream for hot cocoa also.

Pool patio area- enjoy sitting out by the pool relaxing, you are also welcome enjoy our gas firepit on a cool night. We also have baskets of sunscreen and bug spray as needed. 

we normally have a few treats throughout the house,  and normally have some baked goods for your enjoyment in the breakfast room.  

Back porch enjoyment- take some time and relax on our back covered porch, just sit and relax with your morning coffee or with some wine if you visited one of the local wineries. Play an old fashioned game of checkers or watch and listen to the many birds we have. If you are lucky you will see some of our resident hummingbirds. 

 Though we know we would be great for a family,  we cater to the adult getaway.We do not allow children, unless a group booking of all the rooms.  We want all our guests to be able to enjoy quiet relaxation that normally can not happen at a guest  pool when children are present.

The pool is perfect to have some quiet summer relaxation, sit by the pool or just float. A day by the pool can be a perfect way to unwind.  

Large game cabinet-you may play games, in your room,in the sitting rooms, dining room or outside on the patios.

Large inground swimming pool with diving board and outdoor Hot tub (please note,no lifeguard on duty)Also beautiful to enjoy at night.

You are welcome to bring food for your stay, but be aware, we DO NOT have a full kitchen for guest use. We also do not have large quantity of  ice for coolers.

Sitting areas to just relax, socialize, read, or look at area literature and magazines.

A beautiful gazebo overlooking the countryside. Perfect for your wedding or a perfect place to sit and read. Peaceful and quiet. It is also a beautiful spot to watch the beautiful Iowa sunset. 

Guest refrigerator and Microwave for use in the common area. No need to worry about your leftovers or keeping your beverages cold. We also have ice for your drinks if needed. Cutting boards/knifes, dishes, flatware etc... available for use also.
